Vincci Consulado De Bilbao Hotel

I selected this hotel for a recent vendor expo due to its convenient location near the Euskalduna Conference Centre and other popular points of interest in Bilbao. The availability of newspapers and the use of a fax machine and photocopier were greatly helpful for my work needs, adding to the convenience of my stay.

I would have appreciated the availability of a more extensive room service menu to cater to my business needs during late working hours.

We loved the fine room with a beautiful view. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The complimentary water on arrival was a nice touch. The location was great, near the Guggenheim museum. Highly recommend Vincci Consulado! Overall I had a wonderful stay.

Upgraded to a room with a river view! Friendly staff and complimentary water in the lobby. Impeccably clean with comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Convenient location for sightseeing. Peaceful and quiet.

Great location next to the Guggenheim museum and along the riverbank. Quiet rooms. Modern, well-designed, and very clean. Small details like finding a clean windshield on our car were appreciated.

From here, I can see the magnificent Guggenheim museum, and it is just a short walk to the lively city centre. The area is also serviced by an airport bus, which is convenient. The hotel provides every service I can think of, including laundry, room service, and tours/ticket assistance. The in-room amenities are impressive as well, including soundproofed rooms, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. I feel pampered and looked after.

The large terrace observatory with splendid views of the estuary and the iconic museum lets you dream without having to close your eyes. My morning coffee there felt like a scene from a movie, with the sun peeking over the horizon.

Staying in a hotel with a view of the Guggenheim museum is a unique experience. This hotel boasts an unbeatable location, right on the river and within a stone's throw of the Guggenheim museum. The reception staff are very welcoming, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The terrace overlooking the river and the Guggenheim is a must-visit, particularly during breakfast time, where a delicious and varied selection of food is served.

Parking can be a real issue, with limited spots available.

The room was so cozy and modern, with a comfy bed and fast Wi-Fi. I loved the flat-screen TV and the private bathroom-it felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I found the minibar a bit pricey. But I guess some people might not mind.

We stayed at this hotel for a short period but it was a great experience. The hotel facilities are excellent, including the wifi and air-conditioning which worked perfectly. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, located right on the river and only a 2-3 minute walk away from the Guggenheim museum. we felt safe parking our car in a secured parking area which is only accessible to hotel guests. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, from check-in to arranging transportation.

Nothing it is perfect.

I always stay here. Staff found my lost car keys on my first visit. Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, and meeting room make it perfect. Coming back for Easter.

I recently stayed at Vincci in Bilbao for a few days and it was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location, with beautiful views and a fun neighborhood to explore. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a modern design. The staff were friendly and attentive, even remembering my name. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well worth the price. I also loved the huge, comfortable bed with a pillow menu. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Vincci and would highly recommend it.

The fish dishes were particularly marvelous.

There were some issues with room allocation upon arrival, which caused inconvenience and frustration. The hotel's handling of the situation was lacking, with staff displaying ignorance and a dismissive attitude.
